The masseuse insisted to a legal hearing that she felt "abused" by the Costner's performance.
She said, "It was disgusting and, even though he was a Hollywood superstar, I couldn't believe he thought he could get away with something like that. He abused me and I considered that a criminal act."
"When I was giving his wife a massage afterwards, I wanted to tell her everything."
Throughout the legal hearing there were restrictions forbidding the mention of Kevin Costner's name, but the lavish Scotland hotel has reached an agreement with the woman, and Tribunal chairman Nicol Hosie determined that there is no reason for the actor and hotel to be left unidentified. [PC]

Paris in Austria promoting new soda
Offering her a last chance to make peace before their legal battle proceeds to the next level, club mogul Brian Quintana has offered to lift his restraining order against celebrity heiress Paris Hilton in exchange for her appearance at the opening of one of his new nightclubs, reports Contact Music.
Hollywood nightclub boss Brian Quintana is planning a full-on court war with Paris Hilton if she snubs his latest attempt to end their bitter legal battle.
The Los Angeles party planner originally sent the socialite a "cease and desist" letter, which contends she was "ruining his reputation and interfering with his business relationships" last November (05). Quintana also accused Hilton of slander, claiming she had been making unfounded allegations about him to the US tabloid media.
He has since won a three-year restraining order against the socialite after a Los Angeles Superior Court judge agreed Hilton was a threat to him after she made criminal threats against him. Quintana has attempted to end the squabble by agreeing to meet with Hilton and her lawyer Elliot Mintz, but no agreement was reached. The party planner has now retained a new lawyer and plans to press on with a civil suit against Hilton, claiming "slander, interference with business relationships and emotional distress and harassment".
