Al Pacino joins Oceans 13

According to Variety, Oscar winner Al Pacino is joining the star-studded cast of Warners' Ocean's 13. The crime movie icon will portray Willie Banks, a Las Vegas hotel-casino owner. Pacino will be joined in the cast by his Sea of Love co-star Ellen Barkin. The returning cast includes George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Don Cheadle and Bernie Mac. Steven Soderbergh will return to direct for producer Jerry Weintraub. The script was penned by Brian Koppelman and David Levien (Rounders). Ocean's 13 begins filming July 21 in Las Vegas and Los Angeles for June 8, 2007 release. [IGN]
