Julia Roberts is negotiating to star in the Fox 2000 drama Daniel Isn't Talking. Now, Daily Variety is reporting that Roberts, who recently signed to star for her Closer director Mike Nichols in Charlie Wilson's War, is negotiating a lead role in Fox 2000's adaptation of Marti Leimbach's Daniel Isn't Talking, with Karen Rosenfelt producing. Stephen Chbosky, who recently adapted the Tony-winning musical Rent for the big screen, is doing the adaptation of Daniel, which centers on a London couple and their two children.
