SOMEONE should have told actress Penelope Cruz that British beaches can get a bit chilly in December. The Spanish star looked like she was suffering from exposure - or maybe it was over-exposure - as shefilmed her new movie in the less-than-exotic location of Camber Sands, Sussex.
