Jessica Alba is a real American hero

While filming a campfire scene on location for her new movie Awake, Jessica Alba was getting a quick touch-up from the makeup artist when she noticed an ember jump out of the fire and land on the back of the artist's sweater -- which instantly burst into flames. Alba reportedly leaped up, knocked the burning make-up bunny down and started rolling her around in the sand, quickly extinguishing the flames. Medics reportedly treated the victim for minor burns on her back -- the sweater didn't make it. [Post Chronicle]
