Catherine Zeta-Jones likes to smoke while she flies

Catherine Zeta Jones reportedly demanded she be flown to a recent awards bash by private jet - so she could enjoy a cigarette while flying. The Oscar-winning actress was invited to the New York ceremony with husband Michael Douglas and was determined to fly from Los Angeles in the comfort of her own private plane. But the luxury flight was less to do with her not wanting to fly with members of the public but because of her nicotine cravings. A source was quoted by Britain's Mail on Sunday newspaper as saying: "She and Michael both smoke, and Catherine enjoys a cigarette when she flies, so a private jet is the only way she can smoke on board as it's banned on major airlines "She's quite a nervous flyer and it's the one luxury she indulges in"
