Damn paparazzi

Breaking fast! Lindsay Lohan was involved in a car accident with the paparazzi Monday evening in Los Angeles, and it wasn't a reshoot for her movie Herbie: Fully Loaded.

PerezHilton.com has now confirmed this from more than one source.

Kid as we may about Lindsay Lohan, we really do love her! And, we don't want to see anything (else) bad happen to her, which is why we are very troubled at the latest development.

Though details are still unclear we do know that Lindsay was being chased by the paparazzi and one photog has been arrested by police.

PerezHilton.com had a source at the scene of the accident and they report:

I was just on 3rd Street in LA and encountered a car accident with about 10 paparazzi swarming it. Anyway, there was 2 blonde girls and one of them was Lindsay Lohan! Poor thing was being stalked by the paparazzi and crying into her cell phone and they wouldn't leave her alone. They were even filming it! I couldn't tell if it was a accident involving chasing paparazzi or not. Anyway, she looked thin but not crazy skinny! Keep on the lookout for the pics...
