Jess denies firing Cacee
Pop diva Jessica Simpson slams recent reports that claim she fired her best friend and assistant Cacee Cobb because she was involved with her ex-husband, Nick Lacey.
Simpson explained that it was Cobb's decision to resign and move on with her work.
A spokesperson of the star said: "CaCee and Jessica will remain close friends. And CaCee will continue to assist Jess until the end of the month." [SN]

I mean why lie about, If she fired her she shouldn't feel guilty about it, the girl obviously was never her friend if she was all hugged up with her soon to be ex.
