Meg Ryan has now officially joined the Hollywood adopt a baby from a foreign country club. Reports are that Meg had spent a long time trying to adopt and heard that she had been approved late last year. The 'Harry Met Sally' star was spotted with the little one late last week. Tracy Connor reports: The 44-year-old "When Harry Met Sally" star returned to Los Angeles from China with the adorable infant girl, whose name and age are unknown. Ryan, who has a 13-year-old son with ex-husband Dennis Quaid, could use a little bundle of joy in her life after a rocky few years - professionally and personally.
