Olsens to take clothes to the runway?

Mary-Kate and Ashley take their apparel from Wal-Mart to the catwalk. It's not often fashion trends move from the blue-light special to the strobe lights. But as erstwhile child stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen announce plans to launch their own fashion lines, it's hard to forget that only a few years ago they were hawking their own lines at Wal-Mart. Now that the twins are all grown up, have tasted college (Mary-Kate dropped out of NYU; Ashley remains) and have established themselves in the tabloids, they will follow in the footsteps of multimedia divas like Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani and launch Boho Fever and To Dye For in Australia later on this year. The twins are hoping their boho-chic style rings truer with teenagers than with fashion commentator Mr. Blackwell, who recently named Mary-Kate the second worst dresser of 2005 (losing only to Britney Spears, who at press time had no plan to launch a clothing line).
