Newly single buxom blonde Jessica Simpson will perform at Super Bowl XL. Sort of. The 'Dukes of Hazzrd' star will be promoting Pizza Hut in an ad during commercials for the big game. A release notes that Jessica and the Muppets will appear in Super Bowl pre-game commercials for Pizza Hut as part of a $50 million campaign for a new product called Cheesy Bites Pizza. “The Muppets bring a wink and a smile to it,” says Tom James, chief marketing officer for Pizza Hut. “It’s pizza after all — it’s not something that serious.
