Jess is sued, Nick is out

Pop tart Jessica Simpson is currently facing a multi million dollar federal lawsuit after a woman accused her of copying her trademarked cosmetics range. According to Page Six, Mara Fox claims she launched the ‘Love Potion’ beauty range in 1989 and believes that Simpson and her business partners infringed her copyright by launching the Desert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Love Potion in 2004. Simpson is currently the face of a number of her own beauty products. As well as being the face of a number of other products. Simpson’s business partners, the cosmetic giants Sephora and D'Lish are also name checked in the lawsuit.
