Hil D. visits family of her dead number 1 fan

Teen star Hilary Duff took time out of her Australian tour last week to visit the family of a boy who considered himself to be her number one fans before passing away in October. The Wake Up singer was so distraught when she discovered eight-year-old William had lost his battle with leukaemia, she was more than happy to visit Sydney's Westmead Children's Hospital to fulfil his dying wish. Duff arrived at the medical establishment and, after talking to William's family, distributed Christmas gifts to the young patients. [IOL]
